Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space and equipment
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Process inbound shipments and inspect for damage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
