Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in our 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency for same-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
