Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse management systems with precision
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming/outgoing products to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs and deadlines
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards through rigorous safety protocols
- Optimize storage layouts using lean methodologies to maximize space utilization
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts with meticulous record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (40-90°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and shipping documentation
- Team player with excellent communication skills
