Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize inventory management through cycle counts and quality control checks
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain 5S workplace standards for safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Train on new automation technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently and stand 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends during peak seasons
