Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory systems with cycle counts
- Inspect and package goods to prevent damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
