Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and verify incoming inventory shipments
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and implement FIFO rotation systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Safely load/unload trucks using proper material handling techniques
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
