Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation to 2700 Amazon Way, Durham, NC
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
