Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones for optimal efficiency
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality control compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Uphold OSHA standards and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts including weekends
