Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize order picking/packing processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with RF scanner proficiency
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
