Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders while adhering to quality standards and productivity targets.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move materials.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- License: Valid Driver's License and Forklift Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
