Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, scanners, and conveyor systems (all provided)
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precisionMaintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Willingness to work in varied warehouse conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screen
