Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize Amazon's proprietary systems for real-time order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
