Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Select, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move merchandise for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in a fast-paced setting.
