Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort packages using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and systematic stock verification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ergonomic best practices in all tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking and reporting

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
