Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Uphold strict safety protocols in a climate-controlled facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Support quality control processes for outbound shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Reliable transportation to the 1st shift schedule (4am-1pm)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
