Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in a climate-controlled environment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to facility
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
