Responsibilities
- Process and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and optimize workflow
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Utilize remote-friendly digital tools for shift scheduling and task management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid state-issued driver's license (for PIT equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with remote collaboration tools a plus
