Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders in a fast-paced environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
- Support digital inventory management systems via handheld devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to facility (hybrid shifts available)
