Responsibilities
- Load, pack, and prepare packages for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
