Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory with 99.9% accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class A/B not required but a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
