Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of debris to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory (we train the right candidates).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- License: Valid Driver’s License required.
