Responsibilities
- Manage inventory using WMS systems with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated sorting equipment
- Pack and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Background check and drug screen required
