Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, forklifts) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated storage areas to maintain optimal flow.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring freight is handled with care.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments (climate-controlled warehouse or outdoor loading).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
