Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and verification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily productivity goals
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid state-issued driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
