Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and label merchandise for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (provided with training) to load, unload, and move stock efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable access to a vehicle to commute to the facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory checks.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
