Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack products for shipment with zero-error precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain real-time digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support receiving and unloading of incoming shipments with speed and accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order processing
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
