Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Process returns and damaged goods with proper documentation
- Train on new warehouse technologies and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
