Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Inspect and package products to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support loading/unloading operations and maintain organized staging areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with handheld scanning devices and basic computer systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
