Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely and error-free delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations at all times.
- Load and unload freight trucks using appropriate handling equipment efficiently.
- Assist in processing returns and managing stock adjustments and transfers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred; we offer on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one within 30 days.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
