Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Load/unload freight trucks and stage products for efficient distribution
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product quality
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas industrial facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
