Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for same-day shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and conduct daily inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and quality control inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
