Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Scan and sort inventory in WMS systems
- Perform cycle counts and quality checks
- Maintain organized storage zones and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team on efficient workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse
