Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize inventory in designated storage zones
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all positions)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
