Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized warehouse space through proper stock rotation and cleanliness
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license required for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
