Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper lifting techniques and teamwork
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be punctual with reliable transportation
- Team player with excellent communication skills
