Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Load/unload freight shipments safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work early morning/late evening shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
