Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation to worksite
