Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight trucks utilizing pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift/Scissor Lift) safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall productivity.
- Keep workstations organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld barcode scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
