Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom conditions
- Load/unload trailers efficiently with proper pallet stacking techniques
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipping
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone for payroll app access
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to Dallas industrial areas
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
