Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper handling.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Package goods securely for shipment, adhering to all shipping guidelines and safety protocols.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track inventory and update the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles for logistics).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
