Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Process inbound shipments and organize warehouse zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
