Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks efficiently.
- Operate industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Package and label items accurately using packing materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels, pick tickets, and identify barcodes.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different shifts as needed.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
