Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect products for damage and report any quality issues to management.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a warehouse environment.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis, NC facility.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
