Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips.
- Pick, pack, and label orders efficiently to ensure 99% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Stack merchandise securely to prevent injury and optimize storage space.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and documents.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
