Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels in all zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow challenges and improve efficiency.
- Perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading trucks and moving materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
