Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, to ensure accurate inventory flow.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship duties with a focus on speed and accuracy to meet daily KPIs.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner during peak seasons.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
