Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology systems
