Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
