Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Execute inbound and outbound shipping procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Package and prepare products for shipment, verifying order accuracy against packing slips.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred for logistics roles).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we provide training).
