Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy in inventory management
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality control compliance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document transactions and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Actively participate in overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
